LEARN ENGLISH IN TORONTO

LEARN ENGLISH IN VANCOUVER

CANADA is an officially Designated Learning Institutions (DLI’s) after having its Covid-readiness plans approved by the Canadian government. To enter Canada, students must have a valid study permit and their school must be on the list of government-approved DLI’s.

General English language course options

On the General English Course, you attend a core of 20 lessons per week, which will give you a practical understanding of the English language and take you all the way to fluency. Your confidence will improve as you get trained in all four communication skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. You can also choose to extend and intensify your 20 lessons per week with these add-ons.

Combination Course

On our Combination Course, you will follow the Standard Course in the mornings and have two afternoons of private individual lessons. These are designed to meet your individual requirements and give you the perfect opportunity to work on specific language areas of your choice with your own teacher. In advance of your course or during your first individual lesson, you will complete a Needs Analysis form with your teacher, in which you can identify particular areas to work on. This helps your teacher to plan your programme according to your learning needs, and ensures you get the maximum benefit from your lessons.

One-to-One sessions

Add One-to-One sessions to the General English course and maximise your progress through private lessons. With individual attention, these sessions are 100% focused on your requirements and designed by your teachers to match your needs.

Intensive English

This course is made up of 30 lessons (22.5 hours) per week including the General English classes. It also allows you to personalise your course by taking 10 lessons per week across a wide selection of Special Focus options.

Semi-Intensive English

This additional option is only available to students studying in the USA or Canada. You get 24 lessons (18 hours) per week of General English including four lessons per week in your choice of Special Focus study.

ACCOMMODATION

Where you choose to live is a major part of your study abroad experience. We have a great variety of accommodation options to suit your lifestyle, budget, and personal needs. You can live with other students, or in a homestay with local English speakers. Whether you opt for shared student accommodation, a private apartment or a room in a larger home, you’ll have everything you need to make your time in Canada personal and scholastic success. Flexible options run from room only to full board, and from single bedroom studio flats to family rooms within a larger building. With a range of private, shared and communal bathrooms and prices to suit all budgets, the accommodation we offer is as varied and adaptable as the courses we teach.

You can choose from the following ranges: STANDARD / CONFORT / SUPERIOR

Homestay :A twin or single room in the heart of the local community. Get a genuine feel for life in the city of your choice by staying in a local home. The Standard Homestay offers access to a shared bathroom, whilst Comfort Homestay students have en-suite facilities. All the security and comfort of home and a relaxing base from which you study.

Residence: Socialise with like-minded people from all over the world and live independently while enjoying and exploring your chosen destination together, giving you many opportunities to practise your English skills.
