    ACCOMMODATION

    HOMESTAY

A homestay is a home where the hosts treat students as a full members of the household, eating together and sharing the common living areas. In homestays you can expect to live with students of different nationalities (if you have not requested otherwise). Family life is informal and the people are welcoming, friendly and talkative, so you will have plenty of opportunities to practice your English. One of the best ways to learn more about British people is to choose homestay accommodation. All homestays  are carefully selected and visited regularly to ensure consistently high standards.

Our host families are all different, some hosts will be a “traditional” family of a couple with children living at home. However it is equally as likely that your host may be a couple or single person whose children are grown up and have left home.

You may not be the only guest staying with your host. If there is another visitor he or she will speak a different language to you, so you will have plenty of opportunity to practice speaking English.

You  may find the home and lifestyle very different to what you are used to at home but experience tells us that  you will settle down quickly and enjoy the experience.

Your  journey  to the school will be straightforward and normally involve one type of public transport and a short walk.  You will be provided with detailed instructions explaining how to get to your  accommodation when you first arrive

    PRIVATE RESIDENCE

Private home is accommodation in a private home for adult students (over 16 students) that can accept more than four students. There may be less direct contact with the host(s) as a consequence. Private home accommodation is not suitable for under-16s. In private homes you can expect to meet a number of other students of different nationalities.

    SHARED RESIDENCE

Residential accommodation provides comfort and security away from home and gives you the opportunity to be part of an international student community.

All accommodation is comfortably furnished and is fully equipped with everything you need. Students taking this accommodation option will also have access to the student lounge where you can watch TV, enjoy games nights and cinema evenings and interact with other students staying there. There is free wi-fi in the residence and laundry facilities are also provided

Each residence is different, contact us for more details. We will try our best to meet your needs and requests.
